Where Eggleston Office serves.
Dallas-Fort Worth is the primary metroplex; we serve Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and the corridor of smaller Texas cities between them by truck delivery and install from our Euless base. The come-to-you service model travels — we will run the on-site walkthrough, design, and sample delivery wherever the project is, with the same team and the same standards.
Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (primary service area)
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is where most Eggleston Office projects live. The four Eggleston Office addresses (Euless home base + Fort Worth, Dallas, and Plano meeting offices) put a team member within a 30-to-45-minute drive of most metroplex office buildings. The in-house install team dispatches from Euless every morning to projects across the four-county core and the surrounding suburbs.
Core counties (full DFW MSA coverage)
- Tarrant County — Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Crowley, Burleson, North Richland Hills, Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB area), Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Westlake, Trophy Club
- Dallas County — Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Irving, Las Colinas, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, the Park Cities (Highland Park, University Park), Coppell, Grand Prairie
- Collin County — Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Wylie, Murphy, Prosper, Celina, Anna
- Denton County — Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, The Colony, Little Elm, Argyle, Northlake
Mid-cities and outlying DFW
- Mid-cities — Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Colleyville, Haltom City, Watauga, Saginaw — the corridor immediately around the Euless showroom where install logistics are most efficient.
- Rockwall County — Rockwall, Heath, Royse City — reached within 45 minutes from the Dallas meeting office.
- Ellis and Johnson counties — Waxahachie, Midlothian, Cleburne, Burleson — covered for projects with reasonable volume; quoted per project.
Parker County and rural Tarrant
Parker County and the rural west side of Tarrant County are recurring service areas — small-town Texas businesses building out new offices or refurnishing existing space. Recurring locations include Aledo, Dublin, Weatherford, Granbury, Mineral Wells, and the smaller communities along the I-20 and US-377 corridors. The come-to-you service works the same here as in DFW; the truck just drives further. We have run projects across Parker County for offices that would otherwise need to drive 45-plus minutes to a DFW vendor.
Far North DFW and beyond into North Texas
North of Highway 380, the projects continue: Sherman, Denison, Gainesville, Whitesboro, and the smaller communities along US-75 and US-82. Reached within 90 minutes from the Plano meeting office or two hours from Euless; per-project quoting accommodates the freight and per-diem labor cost relative to the order size.
DFW city pages
Each of these DFW cities has a dedicated page covering local industries, drive time from the closest Eggleston showroom, and the way our install logistics work for that area. Click any city for the full breakdown.
Austin metropolitan area
The Austin corridor is one of our most-traveled out-of-DFW service areas. Recurring project areas include Austin proper (downtown, Domain, East Austin, South Austin), Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Georgetown, Leander, and the broader Williamson and Travis County footprint. The drive from the Euless warehouse to central Austin is roughly 200 miles or 3 hours; full-day install logistics with overnight stay are common for Austin-area projects.
Sample-delivery visits to Austin work the same as DFW visits — we bring chair models, finish samples, and the detailed floor plan to the buyer’s office. Per-trip logistics are absorbed for project sizes that justify the trip; for smaller orders, a sample-delivery line item appears on the project quote. We do not maintain a meeting office in Austin; field measurement and install happen at the customer’s office.
San Antonio metropolitan area
San Antonio is reached for project sizes that justify the trip — San Antonio proper (downtown, North Side, Stone Oak, the Medical Center, the Pearl District), plus New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Boerne, and the surrounding Bexar County and Comal County footprint. The drive from Euless is roughly 280 miles or 4 hours; truck installs typically run as overnight or two-day projects.
Same engagement model as Austin — on-site measurement, detailed floor plan, sample delivery to the customer’s office, install at the customer’s office. Per-project quoting handles the freight and per-diem logistics.
Houston metropolitan area
Houston is the longest regular drive — roughly 240 miles or 3.5 to 4 hours from the Euless warehouse depending on traffic. Recurring project areas include Houston proper (Downtown, Galleria, Memorial, the Energy Corridor, Greenspoint, Midtown), The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Spring, and the surrounding Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery County footprint.
Houston projects we run typically have order sizes that justify the truck trip — corporate consolidations, multi-floor build-outs, mid-to-large office furnishings. We do not market actively in the Houston market; the projects there are recurring referrals from existing customers expanding into Houston offices and from architects we work with on multi-region engagements.
Smaller Texas cities and rural Texas
Texas is large; office furniture vendors are not evenly distributed. We have run projects in cities and towns across the state where the local vendor selection was thin: Waco, Tyler, Longview, Wichita Falls, Abilene, Stephenville, Granbury, Killeen, Temple, Bryan-College Station, and many smaller communities. The economics depend on the project size; for projects large enough to justify the truck trip, the come-to-you service runs the same way it would for a DFW project.
If your office is in a smaller Texas city and the local options are thin, the call still works. (469) 324-5600. We will tell you up front whether the project economics fit before committing the design-team time, and we will be honest if a more local vendor would serve you better than we can from the DFW base.
Beyond Texas
Out-of-state projects are quoted case by case. We have shipped pre-owned chairs to customers in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee for buyers who specifically wanted Eggleston-inspected inventory; we have run install crews to Oklahoma City and Shreveport when project economics worked. The constraint is rarely physical distance and almost always whether the order size justifies the freight, per-diem labor, and overnight stay relative to the customer’s budget envelope.
For out-of-region inquiries, the (469) 324-5600 line or the consultation form is the path. Tell us where the project is and what scope; we will quote the come-to-you logistics or recommend a regional vendor closer to you if that is the better answer.
