Why we have a Plano meeting office

Eggleston Office is a mobile B2B service — we come to your office for measurement, design review, sample evaluation, and install. Most projects never need a visit to one of our addresses. The Plano meeting office on Granite Parkway exists for the cases where a north-DFW visit is the right idea: a startup whose first lease is signed but the space is mid-construction, a corporate buyer expanding into a new floor in the Tollway corridor and looking for neutral ground for a design review, or a tenant-improvement project that needs a three-way working session with the customer, the general contractor, and our design team.

This is not a furniture showroom. There is no browsable inventory at Granite Parkway. The chairs and finish samples for your specific project are pulled from the Euless warehouse and brought to the meeting; the working session focuses on the design, the quote, or whatever next-step decision the project is at. For projects in Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and the broader north-DFW corridor, this is the closer drive than Euless and is worth the option.

Or we come to you in north DFW

The default. Most north-DFW projects skip the meeting-office step entirely: we schedule field measurement at your office, produce detailed floor plans and 3D drawings, bring samples out to your space for evaluation, and handle the install on the move-in day. The in-house install team dispatches from Euless; for a Plano project, the install crew typically arrives at your office within 35 to 45 minutes of leaving the warehouse. Most north-DFW office building access is straightforward; the Class A buildings along the Tollway have standard COI and elevator-scheduling protocols and we handle them as part of the project.

When the Plano meeting office is the right call

  • Your new office is mid-construction — the Frisco-Plano corridor has a steady volume of new tenant-improvement builds where the buyer needs design review space outside the construction zone.
  • You would prefer to meet near the Tollway — Granite Parkway is a 5-to-15-minute drive from most Legacy West, Granite Park, Frisco Station, and West Plano corporate buildings; Euless is 35 to 50 minutes south.
  • Three-way working session — the corporate corridor north of LBJ has a high concentration of architects, interior designers, and general contractors whose projects we collaborate on; meeting here often makes coordination easier.
  • Quote sign-off — for projects landing in a 30-to-45-minute final review, signing on Granite Parkway is convenient if your office is in the corridor.

Service area covered from this side of the metroplex

Most north-DFW projects use the Plano meeting office as the optional touchpoint and the buyer’s office as the actual work site. Recurring service areas include Plano (East Plano industrial corridor, West Plano corporate, Legacy and Granite Park), Frisco (Frisco Station, The Star, the Tollway corridor up to Hwy 380), Allen (the Watters Creek corridor, Eldorado Parkway), McKinney (the Stonebridge and Adriatica corridors), Richardson (the Telecom Corridor and the UT Dallas-adjacent professional offices), Carrollton, Addison, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and the northern reach of Dallas County (Far North Dallas, the area north of LBJ). Statewide Texas projects that originate from this corridor (corporate relocations to Austin, expansions into Houston) are handled through the same come-to-you service model from the DFW base.

Working from Plano: frequently asked questions

No. The Plano address at 5830 Granite Parkway is a by-appointment meeting space — office and conference-room space for design review sessions, sample evaluations, and quote sign-offs. There is no browsable furniture inventory at this address. Buyers who want to walk inventory in person are welcome at our Euless showroom 35 to 50 minutes south; buyers who would rather have us come to them get the on-site measurement and sample delivery service, which is most of what we do.

Call (469) 324-5600 or use the consultation form. Two to four business days’ notice is typical so the right team member is free and any specific samples or floor models you want to evaluate are pulled from the Euless warehouse in advance.

Yes — this is one of the more common project shapes for the Plano meeting office. A 10-to-30 person startup with a planned move-in date three to four weeks out can usually get on-site field measurement, a detailed floor plan, sample delivery to the new office (or to a temporary office if the new floor is mid-construction), a quote, an order placed (mostly pre-owned for cost reasons, with new chairs where warranty matters most), and a delivered, installed office on the move-in date. The constraint is usually whether the team has chosen the chair model and finish; once decisions are made, sourcing and install run on a predictable schedule.

No — field measurement happens at your office. The actual furniture-fit decisions depend on your specific walls, columns, electrical outlets, door swings, and ceiling heights. We come to your office for measurement; the meeting at Granite Parkway is for design conversations and material decisions after measurement is complete.

Both areas are well within the Plano meeting office’s working radius. Richardson is 15 minutes south of Granite Parkway; Far North Dallas (the corridor between LBJ and the city limit) is 20 to 25 minutes south. Field measurement at your office is included; meetings happen at whichever location is most convenient for you.
