On-site customer parking, plus loading-dock space for project pickups. The South Airport Circle building is a single-tenant facility with the entrance for the office and warehouse clearly marked at Suite C.
What Euless is for
Euless is the operational center of Eggleston Office. The warehouse on South Airport Circle is where every pre-owned chair we sell is inspected before it enters inventory, where the install team builds and stages projects before delivery, where the design team produces detailed floor plans, and where the dispatch teams leave from each morning to do field measurements and installs across the metroplex.
Euless also houses display capacity for buyers who want to walk inventory in person before deciding. Current floor models of 9to5 Seating chairs sit alongside inspected pre-owned Steelcase Leap V2, Herman Miller Aeron, and rotating other major models. We will pull additional units from the warehouse with a few hours’ notice for an appointment-based visit.
The honest reality: most Eggleston Office projects never include a Euless visit. The come-to-you service model means we measure, design, and deliver samples at the buyer’s office. Buyers who prefer to walk inventory in person are welcome here; buyers who would rather have us bring everything to them save a drive. Both paths produce the same project.

If you would rather we come to you
The default. We schedule field measurement at your office, produce detailed floor plans and 3D drawings, bring product samples out to your space for evaluation, and handle the install on the move-in day. The four-step service workflow detailed on the home page describes the pattern. Most DFW projects, and almost all Texas projects outside DFW (Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dublin, Aledo, Parker County, and elsewhere across Central and North Texas), follow this path. The Euless showroom is where the supply, the inspection bay, and the install team are based; the visit happens at your office.

South Airport Circle sits in the corridor immediately south of DFW International Airport, in the warehouse-and-light-industrial belt that connects Euless, Bedford, and Hurst. Twelve minutes from DFW Airport; twenty minutes from Las Colinas; twenty-five minutes from downtown Fort Worth; thirty minutes from downtown Dallas. The proximity to DFW Airport is part of why our showroom sits where it does — freight in and out is straightforward, and the loading dock fits the trucks that move project-quantity furniture.

With a few days’ notice we can stage 6 to 10 chair models for a head-to-head sit-and-compare session. For larger groups or longer working sessions, ask about reserving the on-site working area when you schedule.
Customers occasionally pick up smaller orders directly from Euless to save the delivery line item on a quote. The loading dock at South Airport Circle accommodates standard pickup truck and box-truck sizes; we will help load. For larger orders or projects involving installation, the in-house install team handles delivery and build at your office, and the warehouse-pickup workflow is for the smallest segments only.
Yes. The South Airport Circle address is 12 minutes from DFW International Airport. We have hosted out-of-market buyers who flew in, walked the warehouse, and flew home in the same day. For longer visits, the surrounding HEB (Hurst-Euless-Bedford) area has chain hotels and the Las Colinas / Irving district 20 minutes east has business hotels and meeting space. For Texas-statewide buyers (Austin, San Antonio, Houston) we typically come to you rather than asking for the visit.
