Office furniture moving and cubicle reconfiguration in DFW

Eggleston Office moves your existing office furniture from the old office to the new one and rebuilds it there with our own install crew. We also reconfigure offices you’re staying in: new layouts, added workstations, cubicles rebuilt to a new plan. Dallas–Fort Worth and statewide Texas, from our base in Euless.

Moving your office furniture to a new office

Here is the whole move in one line: we take it apart, we move it, we put it back together. The crew that disassembles your workstations, desks and cubicles at the old address is the crew that rebuilds them at the new one. There is no handoff between a mover and an installer, because at Eggleston Office they are the same people. We handle the furniture side of an office move: the bolt-by-bolt work that decides whether your team can sit down on day one. Think of cubicles like a big set of building blocks. They come apart into panels, surfaces and connectors, and they go back together the same way, as long as the people doing it know the set. We work across Dallas–Fort Worth and anywhere in Texas, and we dispatch from Euless.

Cubicle and workstation reconfiguration

Reconfiguration is for the office you’re staying in. Teams grow. Departments swap floors. Six people need to become ten in the same square footage. Eggleston Office sends the same install team back to re-lay out the office, add workstations, or rebuild your cubicles into a new plan. Let’s say the plan adds two stations by the window and turns one long run into two shorter ones. The crew takes the existing system apart, rebuilds it to the new drawing, and sets any new pieces in with the old. You keep the furniture you already paid for and get the layout you actually need. If you’d like to see the new plan before anyone touches a panel, that is exactly what our free measurement and floor plan are for.

Plan the new space before you move

The best office move starts with a tape measure, not a truck. Before anything comes apart, Eggleston Office can come measure the new space, free, and draw a detailed floor plan with a 3D rendering. The floor plan is usually ready the same day or the next day after we measure. That drawing becomes the build sheet for the move. It shows which workstations go where, what fits and what doesn’t, and where you have room to add. It is yours to keep whether you buy anything from us or not, and we can send DWG files to your architect or building. The measurement visit usually happens within a week of your inquiry, with no deposit and no obligation. So let’s measure first. A move goes smoother when everyone is working from the same picture.

On-site crews under an ongoing contract

Some companies change their office often enough that they keep an Eggleston Office crew on site under an ongoing contract. The team shows up and works at the customer’s location daily. Moves between floors, new hires who need a station by Monday, a department that keeps growing. It all gets handled by people who already know the building, the furniture and the floor plan. Think of it as having a furniture crew down the hall. If your office changes faster than one-off projects can keep up with, ask us about it. We’ll talk through what a standing arrangement would look like for your building.

Frequently asked questions

Do you move office furniture outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. Eggleston Office moves and rebuilds office furniture across DFW and statewide Texas. Our crew dispatches from Euless. On-site visits to measure the new space happen statewide too, so a move across the state gets the same floor plan and the same crew as a move across town.

Will the same people who take our furniture apart put it back together?

Yes. That is the whole point of the way we run a move. The install crew that disassembles your workstations and cubicles at the old office transports them and rebuilds them at the new one. There is no handoff between a mover and an installer, because they are the same people. Same faces at both ends of the job.

Can you reconfigure our cubicles without moving us?

Yes. Reconfiguration happens in the office you’re already in. The same install team re-lays out the space, adds workstations, or rebuilds your cubicles to a new plan using the furniture you already own. If you want to see the new layout first, we’ll measure the space and draw it at no charge.

Does the free floor plan apply to a move?

Yes. The free on-site measurement and floor plan apply to any project, including a move or a reconfiguration. We measure the new space and draw the plan, usually the same day or the next, and that drawing guides the rebuild. The drawing is yours whether you buy anything from us or not.

What is an on-site crew under contract?

It is an Eggleston Office team that works at your location daily under an ongoing contract, instead of coming out one project at a time. Some companies with frequent moves and layout changes keep one on site. If your office changes that often, call us and we’ll talk through what it would look like for your building.
