Accessibility — Eggleston Office

Our commitment

Eggleston Office wants every prospective customer to be able to learn about our products, request a quote, and reach our team regardless of how they use the web. We aim for compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative.

What we’ve done

  • Pages are designed mobile-first with responsive layouts that work down to 320px-wide screens.
  • Color contrast on text is checked against the 4.5:1 ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible. Focus states are visible.
  • Image content includes descriptive alt text where the image conveys information.
  • Form labels are visible and associated with their inputs (no placeholder-only labels).
  • The site does not auto-play media, does not use color alone to convey information, and respects the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting.

What we know is imperfect

Some legacy pages and embedded third-party content (the live inventory feed, for example) may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We are working through these systematically and welcome reports of specific issues so we can fix them.

Reasonable accommodations

Eggleston Office is happy to make reasonable accommodations for any prospective customer. If a phone call works better than a web form, that works for us. If you need a printed copy of a quote mailed instead of emailed, we’ll mail it. If you need an in-person meeting at our Euless showroom rather than a video call for design review, we’ll schedule it.
