Why we have a Dallas meeting office

Eggleston Office is a mobile B2B service — we come to your office for measurement, design review, sample evaluation, and install. Most projects never need a visit to one of our addresses. The Dallas meeting office on Ross Avenue exists for the cases where a downtown visit is actually the right idea: a tenant whose new floor is mid-construction and there is nowhere on-site to host a working session, a buyer who would prefer to meet downtown rather than make the drive west to our Euless showroom, or a tenant-improvement project that needs a three-way working session with the customer, the general contractor, and our design team.

This is not a furniture showroom. There is no browsable inventory at Ross Avenue. The chairs, finish samples, and any materials specific to your project are pulled from the Euless warehouse and brought to the meeting; the working session focuses on the design, the quote, or whatever next-step decision the project is at. For projects in central Dallas (downtown, the Arts District, Uptown, Deep Ellum, the Cedars, East Dallas), this is the closer drive than Euless and is worth the option.

Or we come to you in Dallas

The default. Most central-DFW projects skip the meeting-office step entirely: we schedule field measurement at your office, produce detailed floor plans and 3D drawings, bring samples out to your space for evaluation, and handle the install on the move-in day. Downtown Dallas building access is more formal than the suburbs — the Class A office towers along Ross Avenue, in the Arts District, in Uptown, and around Klyde Warren Park have certificate of insurance requirements, freight elevator scheduling protocols, after-hours access procedures, and occasionally union-rule loading-dock access for installs over a certain size. We carry general liability, workers’ compensation, and cargo insurance with COI on file and turn additional documentation requests around within one business day.

When the Dallas meeting office is the right call

  • Your new floor is mid-construction — the lease is signed and the build is in progress, but there is no usable space on-site for a design review session yet.
  • You would prefer to meet downtown, not drive west to Euless — Ross Avenue is a 5-to-10-minute drive from most central Dallas offices; Euless is 30 minutes west.
  • Three-way working session with your general contractor or interior designer — the downtown location often makes coordination easier across all three parties.
  • Quote sign-off — for projects landing in a 30-to-45-minute final review, signing on Ross Avenue is convenient if your office is downtown or in the central corridor.

Service area covered from this side of the metroplex

Most projects on this side of DFW use the Dallas meeting office as the optional touchpoint and the buyer’s office as the actual work site. Recurring service areas include downtown Dallas (the convention district, the Arts District, the Cedars), Uptown and McKinney Avenue, Klyde Warren Park-adjacent buildings, Deep Ellum, East Dallas, the Park Cities (with appropriate tenant-side coordination), the Stemmons corridor, the I-30 corridor east through Mesquite and Rockwall, and parts of the Tollway corridor up toward Plano. Statewide Texas projects (Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dublin, Aledo) are run by truck delivery and install from the DFW base regardless of which DFW address you started at; the meeting office is rarely involved in those.

Working from Dallas: frequently asked questions

No. The Dallas address at 2001 Ross Avenue is a by-appointment meeting space — office and conference-room space for design review sessions, sample evaluations, and quote sign-offs. There is no browsable furniture inventory at this address. Buyers who want to walk inventory in person are welcome at our Euless showroom 30 minutes west; buyers who would rather have us come to them get the on-site measurement and sample delivery service, which is most of what we do.

Call (469) 324-5600 or use the consultation form. Two to four business days’ notice is typical so the right team member is free and any specific samples or floor models you want to evaluate are pulled from the Euless warehouse in advance.

2001 Ross Avenue has an attached parking garage with validated visitor parking on request. Street parking on Ross is metered and limited; for downtown visits, plan on the building garage. We can arrange validation when you confirm the appointment.

Yes. We have run installs in most major downtown Dallas office towers and maintain certificates of insurance for most building requirements. The install team coordinates with the building’s tenant-services group on freight elevator scheduling, COI submission, after-hours access if required, and any union-rule loading-dock procedures for larger installs. COI turnaround is typically one business day.

The Dallas meeting office handles meetings for both. Park Cities projects (Highland Park, University Park) are handled like other suburban projects, with field measurement at your office and meetings here or at your office, whichever you prefer. Far East Dallas (Mesquite, Garland, Rockwall) is reachable within 30 minutes from Ross Avenue; Euless is 45 to 60 minutes away.
