What We Do
Delivery, install, reconfig — handled.
Our installation team handles delivery, install, and cleanup. They make moves easy, reconfigure your space like the old pros that they are, and we have ongoing contracts with several firms where our team shows up and works at the customer’s location every day. Whatever your project looks like, this is about helping you get the office you want at a price you can afford.
What does a full-service office furniture company actually do?
A full-service office furniture company handles the entire project under one roof: on-site measurement, space planning with free floor plans and 3D renderings, delivery samples when fit is in question, a written quote, scheduled delivery, installation by the company’s own crew, and reconfigurations as your office changes. Eggleston Office runs every step of that chain from Euless, Texas for offices across Dallas-Fort Worth.
That is the difference between a furniture dealer and a furniture website. Buying online gets you boxes on a dock and an assembly problem. Full service means one accountable team owns the outcome — the measurements, the floor plan, the delivery date, and the install crew are all the same phone number: (469) 324-5600.
Who is full-service right for?
There is no minimum project size — we have quoted a single pre-owned chair and 250-chair packages with full installation, and every project gets looked at individually. Full service earns its keep when you have a move date, a floor-plan problem, or no facilities staff: office buildouts, refreshes, relocations, and growing teams in the 5-to-500-employee range.
The honest counter-case: a two-desk startup can buy online and be fine. If that is you, we will say so — our sales staff is non-commissioned, so nobody here is paid to talk you into service you do not need.
Where does Eggleston Office work?
The home base is our showroom and warehouse at 1107 South Airport Circle, Suite C, Euless, TX 76040, with by-appointment locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Plano — together the four locations cover most metroplex addresses within a 45-minute install drive. See the full service area.
Beyond DFW, we run recurring truck-delivery projects to Austin, San Antonio, and Houston, and we can deliver anywhere in the United States. At longer distances, freight cost becomes the deciding factor — the larger the order, the more financial sense the distance makes — and we will tell you honestly whether the math works for your project.
What does the process look like, start to finish?
From first call to finished office: measure, design, sample, quote, schedule, install. Here is the chain in order:
- Walkthrough and measurement. We measure your space on site — or work from your architect’s drawings.
- Floor plan and 3D design. Free detailed floor plans and 3D renderings, so you see the office before you buy it.
- Samples when it matters. If there’s a question about fit or finish, you sit in the actual chair and see the actual finish before committing.
- Written quote. Pricing is quote-based — every project priced on its specifics, new and pre-owned options side by side.
- Scheduling. New furniture runs a few days to 6–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer; pre-owned inventory is already in our warehouse, so the wait is delivery scheduling, not production.
- Delivery and installation. Our install crew delivers, installs, and cleans up.
- Reconfiguration later. Offices change — the same team comes back to re-layout, add stations, or move you.
One scheduling note, honestly given: ask for at least a few weeks of runway. We can move fast when a deadline demands it, but the harder a timeline is pushed, the more likely mistakes become.
New, pre-owned, or both?
Eggleston Office sells both new and pre-owned office furniture, and most projects blend them — new seating with pre-owned workstations is the most common mix, because it puts the budget where bodies touch the furniture. Pre-owned savings on premium brands can reach up to 90% off original list.
Start with the used office furniture inventory, refurbished cubicles, or the brand comparison guides if you are weighing a specific chair. For the full decision framework, read new vs. used office furniture.
Which brands show up in the pre-owned inventory?
The pre-owned inventory rotates, but it regularly includes Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, HON, and Allsteel — task chairs, workstations, panel systems, conference furniture, and casegoods, every piece inspected before it is sold. Availability changes week to week, which is exactly why the delivery-sample process exists: you approve the actual pieces, not a stock photo.
For new furniture, we carry several new seating lines, including 9to5 Seating, where we are an authorized dealer for the DFW metroplex — American-made seating with a 12-year mechanism warranty and lifetime frame warranty.
Why does installation need its own crew?
Because panel systems are a trade. Cubicle and benching installations involve electrical whips, panel leveling, code clearances, and manufacturer torque specs — movers move boxes; installers build systems. Our crew does this every day, including ongoing contracts where our team works at the customer’s location full time.
That is also why installation, delivery, and reconfiguration stay under the Eggleston Office roof: the people who measured your space and planned your floor plan are accountable for how the install lands.
Why trust Eggleston Office with your office?
Eggleston Office is a family business — founded by Mary and Richard Eggleston in 1981 and run today by their sons — with a 5.0 Google rating, a showroom in Euless you can walk through, and a non-commissioned sales staff with no incentive to oversell you. Forty-plus years of DFW offices, one name on the door.
