We measure and plan your space, draw the floor plan, bring samples to your office, deliver and install new and pre-owned furniture, move and rebuild what you own, and liquidate what you don’t need. We serve all of Dallas–Fort Worth and Texas statewide.

05 · Delivery and installation
Office furniture and cubicle installation in DFW
Eggleston Office installs office furniture and cubicles across Dallas–Fort Worth with our own crew, dispatched from our warehouse in Euless. The crew uncrates, assembles, places and cleans up. We also install furniture you bought elsewhere. A typical install takes one to four days; fifty or more workstations usually takes one to two weeks.
Buildings have rules, and we know them. We carry general liability, workers’ compensation and cargo coverage, with a certificate of insurance on file, and a building-specific certificate goes out within one business day. We schedule the freight elevator. After-hours and weekend installs are routine, with that labor shown as its own line on the quote. Old furniture can leave during the install, recycled or routed to liquidation. Adjustments are free for 30 days after install.

Eggleston Office moves office furniture from one office to another across Dallas–Fort Worth and statewide Texas. Our install crew takes your workstations, desks and cubicles apart at the old office, transports them, and rebuilds them at the new one. Same crew at both ends. Reconfiguration is the same skill applied to the office you already have: the team comes back to re-lay out the space, add workstations, or rebuild your cubicles into a new plan. Our free measurement and floor plan cover the new space too, so you see the layout before anything comes apart.

07 · Liquidation and removal
Office furniture liquidation and removal
Eggleston Office liquidates and removes office furniture for companies in Dallas–Fort Worth closing, downsizing or relocating. Let’s be plain about the money, because that’s the first question. Removal is a paid service. Every piece in your inventory that still has a resale market is credited against that cost, line by line, on the quote. When the credit comes to more than the cost, we pay you the difference by ACH or check within 7 to 14 business days.
We photograph the inventory, you get a single point of contact, and removal is scheduled around your deadline. Our practical minimum is about one truckload, roughly 15 to 25 workstations. What we can’t resell goes to smaller liquidators, local nonprofits or recycling, with recycling certificates on request. Closures usually plan 60 to 120 days out. Liquidation has its own intake form and team, separate from buying.

Do you install furniture we bought elsewhere?
Yes. Eggleston Office installs furniture you bought elsewhere, with the same crew and process as furniture you buy from us. We uncrate it, assemble it, place it to the plan and clean up. Tell us what you have and where it’s going.
Can you install after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We schedule after-hours and weekend installs regularly for offices that can’t pause during the day. The labor premium shows as its own line on the quote, so you can see exactly what the schedule adds and decide whether it’s worth it.
Does our building need a certificate of insurance from you?
If it does, we have it on file. Eggleston Office carries general liability, workers’ compensation and cargo coverage. If your building wants its own name on the certificate, we turn that around within one business day. We schedule the freight elevator too.
Can you move our existing furniture to a new office?
Yes. Eggleston Office moves your existing office furniture from the old space to the new one, anywhere in DFW or statewide Texas. Our install crew takes it apart, transports it, and rebuilds it at the new address. Our free measurement and floor plan cover the new space too.
Do you reconfigure cubicles?

How does liquidation pricing work?
Removal is a paid service, and every piece of furniture with a resale market is credited against that cost, line by line, on the quote. If the credits add up to more than the cost of removal, we pay you the difference by ACH or check within 7 to 14 business days. If they don’t, you pay the balance.
What area does Eggleston Office serve?
