An on-site walkthrough at your office, a detailed floor plan if cubicle and workstation context matters, sample delivery (we bring three to six chair models to your office for sit-and-compare), and a quote that reflects whatever mix the evaluation lands on. Total time from first call to delivered chairs: 2 to 5 weeks for new 9to5; same week to 1-3 weeks for pre-owned.
